LA FONDERIA | E' un sistema per la cottura "a bagnomaria". Concepita per la preparazione della cioccolata, la Fonderia ne permette la perfetta fusione e la possibilità di servirla direttamente in tazza ribaltando il crogiuolo in grès porcellanato. Il crogiolo scola l'acqua residua del bagnomaria nel paiuolo in alluminio che serve anche a mantenere in temperatura la cioccolata.
